The Navy Petticoat is a new layering piece. A loose garment that can simply be worn over or under your desired look.  This is one of my go-to styles. So comfortable to wear and style. The straight through shape relaxes and skims over the tums and bum.  A forgiving garment that will help you marry a lot of your pieces together. The ruffle detailing sits below the bum and helps to draw the eye upwards to make us look taller. This petticoat  picks up in the wind as you move throughout your day.
