Our Ethos

Made With Intention

At TCD, we believe clothing should be made with intention — not urgency, not excess, and not trends that disappear in a season.

We design for real women, and real life.

A Slower, More Considered Way of Making

We work in small production runs with a 4–6 week lead time.

This allows us to focus on fit, quality, and detail rather than speed and volume.

We only make what we need — which helps reduce overproduction and waste, and keeps our collections feeling thoughtful, not disposable.

When something is loved, we can often bring it back again. That connection matters to us.

Fabrics That Make Sense in Real Life

We choose fabrics based on how they feel, move, and perform on real bodies.

Where possible, we use natural fibres such as cotton, linen, wool, viscose, Tencel, and cupro because they are breathable, durable, and comfortable to wear.

Some garments include a small amount of stretch to support movement and shape — especially in fitted jersey styles.

We design for how women actually live in their clothes, not just how they look on a hanger.

Always Learning, Always Refining

We don’t believe in perfection.

We believe in responsibility, progress, and doing better over time.

That means continuously improving how we design, source, and produce — step by step, season by season.
