Shipping Information
All orders are sent with tracked shipping (because we all like to know where our goodies are!). Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
New Zealand Shipping

If you’re rural, please make sure you select Rural Shipping at checkout so your parcel gets to you without delays. A small surcharge may apply if it’s not selected correctly.
International Shipping
We ship all over the world — which still makes us a little bit excited every time.
All international orders are tracked, and delivery times can vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Australia
- $45 flat rate (orders under $599)
- Free shipping on orders over $599–$1000 AUD
- Orders over $1000 AUD may incur import duties and taxes payable by the customer
- Footwear / bulky items: $45 flat rate
Rest of World
- $65 flat rate
- Footwear / bulky items: $75 flat rate
A quick note on customs: international orders may attract duties or taxes when they arrive in your country. These are set by your local customs office (not us), and are the responsibility of the customer. We always recommend checking your local thresholds if you’re unsure — or just flick us an email and we’ll happily help you work it out.
Returns & Exchanges
We get it — buying online isn’t always perfect first time round. That’s why we’re here to help you get it right.
If something isn’t quite working for you, just reach out and we’ll sort it together.
Full price items
- Can be returned for refund or exchange within 10 days of delivery
Sale items
- Can be exchanged or returned for store credit (valid for 30 days)
Promotional / discounted items
- Eligible for exchange or store credit (valid for 30 days)
Outlet items
- Final sale. These are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit
If you’re ever unsure about sizing, please reach out before you buy — we genuinely love helping you get the right fit the first time.
How to Make a Return
- Pop your items back in their original condition (we need them unworn and unwashed please 💛)
