The Carpenters Daughter is not responsible for any import duties and tax on orders entering your country, this is the clients responsibility. Returns & Exchanges
We understand that it's hard to know if a garment will be right for you until you try it on so rest assured we are happy to work with you to find the right look... Even if it takes a few tries. Give us a bell or an email, we'd love to help.
Full priced items we are more than happy to exchange or refund within 10 days of delivery.
Sale items can be exchanged for another item or refunded to store credit valid for 12 months.
Promotions Any Items bought under a promotion - sale code or discounted code can be exchanged or refunded to store credit valid for 12 months
Outlet Pieces
Our policy's have changed. This is our final clearance, so anything bought from our outlet section will no longer be eligible for return, refund or credit. if you need some guidance with sizing or other details, don't hesitate to reach out via email or give us a ring..
How do I make a return?
- Pop the garments (in their original condition) into a tracked parcel and send to The Carpenters Daughter, 7B Bassant Avenue, Penrose 1061 Auckland
- Please email the tracking number to info@tcd.co.nz so we can keep an eye out for the parcel.
- Once we receive it we will let you know via email when the refund, credit or exchange has been processed.
- Done.
