Time & cost of delivery:

• New Zealand urban: free shipping,  1-2 working days.
• New Zealand rural: free shipping, 2-3 working days.
• International: free on orders over $400 or $25 shipping contribution, 3-10 working days.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that it's hard to know if a garment will be right for you until you try it on so rest assured we are happy to work with you to find the right look... Even if it takes a few tries. Give us a bell or an email, we'd love to help.

Full priced items we are more then happy to exchange or refund within 10 days of delivery.

Sale items can be exchanged for another item or refunded to store credit valid for 12 months.

How do I make a return?

• Pop the garments (in their original condition, including tags) into a tracked parcel and send to: The Carpenters Daughter, 290 Pt Chevalier Rd, Pt Chevalier, Auckland, 1022.
• Please email the tracking number to info@tcd.co.nz so we can keep an eye out for the parcel.
• Once we receive it we will let you know via email when the refund, credit or exchange has been processed.
• Done.
